6. Increase traffic by using both long term and short term traffic solutions. If you only want to focus on two areas to start with I recommend article marketing for the long term (sometimes even for the short term) and paid services like solo-emails and PPC for some quick short term traffic. PPC can definately be used for long term traffic as well, but you need to set things up more carefully.
7. Long tail keywords, if you don´t know what that is you need to learn all you can about them. In short, long tail keywords are phrases of 3 – 8 words combined, together they become ONE keyword phrase. The competition is lighter and you can rank more easily for those phrases and if you use PPC your cost per click will be much lower. Don´t underestimate the power in the free Google keyword tool for your keyword research. Here´s an example of a long tail keyword: ”Internet Marketing Tips Orlando”. This keyword phrase consists of four words and should be spelled like this exactly if you want to rank for the phrase.
8. Try to outsource some of your work. You can start very small and then increase as you go. Start with just an hour a week and go from there. Your time is valuable. If you haven´t already you should put a value on your time.
9. Time management is important in any business , distractions might make the difference being successfull or not. Take control of the time you have at hand and treat it with respect.
